Among the agreements reached are progress in defining trade facilitation, logistical, financial, and other measures, taking into account the circumstances of each country, so that the exchange of basic goods and intermediate goods "occurs under better conditions, with the priority of reducing the costs of these products for the poorest and most vulnerable populations."
