Bolivia: vales tecnológicos elevan valor/ha 92 %

En Bolivia, vales que cubren hasta 90 % del costo de tecnología agrícola elevaron 92 % el valor anual de producción por hectárea, 36 % el ingreso agrícola neto del hogar y 32 % la probabilidad de seguridad alimentaria.
