52 gigatoneladas de GEI deben reducirse a cero para 2050 para limitar el calentamiento a 1,5°C, pero sin medidas adicionales, se proyecta un aumento de 3,2°C para 2100 (Sutton, Lotsch & Prasann, 2024).
