Promotion of drinking water, sanitation, irrigation and drainage management - FOGAPRYD

Strengthen the drinking water and sanitation sector to guarantee access to clean water; as well as the irrigation and drainage sector to increase agricultural production, with an ecological transition approach, towards sustainable use and exploitation models; strengthen the State's institutional framework at the central and decentralized levels to promote a comprehensive policy for drinking water, sanitation, irrigation, and drainage; strengthen public, community, and beneficiary service providers of drinking water, sanitation, irrigation and drainage, framed in a new "National Water School"; increase coverage and access to drinking water, sewerage, irrigation, and drainage for food sovereignty; promote the decontamination of rivers and their tributaries, which supply drinking and irrigation water systems, through wastewater treatment.
