Rural Enterprise and Agricultural Development Project – READ

The overarching goal of the READ project was to improve the living conditions of poor rural households, especially small-scale producers and vulnerable groups, by strengthening their human, social and financial assets. The main target group was to be 5,200 poor rural households, representing over 20,000 persons, with particular attention to woman-headed households, youths and Amerindians.
