Description

The program aims to determine the appropriate dose and concentration for the microencapsulation formulation. Obtain at least one (1) viable and stable microencapsulated formulation of the entomopathogenic nematode Heterorhabditis sp. for the biological control of Agrotis sp. in vegetables. Training technicians, producers and students. Conduct lectures and field days, addressing different topics such as Good Agricultural Practices, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), Biological Pest Control and encapsulation of beneficial microorganisms. In addition to training human talent by recruiting thesis students, at least one (1) bachelor's thesis and one (1) master's thesis are expected.
