Yellow corn and rice production rise in Peru

12.3% was the increase in hard yellow corn production in August 2026, supported by earlier harvests and stable prices in La Libertad. Paddy rice production grew by 4.5%, driven by larger harvested areas in Ucayali and San Martín and favorable yields in San Martín.
