This study evaluates the effect of a liquid biofertilizer made from cocoa husks on the growth and chlorophyll content of sweet pepper plants (Capsicum chinense) in San Martín, Peru. The results show significant increases in height, stem diameter, and chlorophyll content, especially with doses of 1250–3000 mL, demonstrating its potential as a sustainable input to improve the physiological performance and early growth of the crop (Solórzano et al., 2025).
