Description
The general objective of the operation is to support the strengthening of Ecuador's agricultural public services. The specific objectives are: a) to prepare diagnostic studies and formulate a proposal to strengthen the services provided by Agrocalidad; and b) to analyze aspects of the institutional structure of the National Agricultural Research Institute (INIAP) that will enable a proposal to improve the services provided.
