Promotion Program for Rural Productive Activities in Brazil

Description

The program seeks to stimulate the generation of sustainable work and income, as well as encouraging the associative and cooperative organization of participants and their entrepreneurial capabilities. Productive projects can be individual or collective, agricultural or non-agricultural. The public beneficiaries of the program are family farmers, agrarian reform settlers, indigenous and quilombola communities, among other traditional communities and communities, which are registered in the Federal Government's Single Registry for Social Programs. This program includes the transfer of non-reimbursable financial resources and the provision of technical assistance services.
