Law No. 12,512 Program for the Promotion of Rural Productive Activities in Brazil

Chapter II of Law No. 12,512, of October 14, 2011, creates the Program for the Promotion of Rural Productive Activities. This program seeks to stimulate the generation of work in a sustainable manner, promote food and nutritional security, encourage the training of its beneficiaries in various areas, and promote organization in associations and cooperatives. The Rural Productive Activities Promotion Program is implemented through the transfer of non-reimbursable financial resources and the provision of technical assistance services.
