The Ica Regional Climate Change Strategy is a management instrument, the development of which has been led by the Regional Government of Ica and is the product of a democratic exercise that included feedback processes, consultations, contributions, and had the participation of authorities, technicians, public and private institutions, grassroots organizations and the Ministry of the Environment (Minam) through the General Directorate of Climate Change, Desertification and Water Resources. Its dissemination being relevant at the level of the formulators and evaluators of the regional and local Programming and Investment Offices (OPI), as well as all levels of the regional government, local governments, public institutions, private organizations and the general population.
