National Action Plan for Family Farming – PLANAF 2023–2026

The National Action Plan for Family Farming 2023–2026 (PLANAF), a policy instrument that guides the implementation of public strategies to strengthen family farming in Peru. The plan coordinates actions to improve income, productivity, environmental sustainability, and market access for small-scale farmers, incorporating gender equity, interculturality, and territorial sustainability approaches. It supports the implementation of Law No. 31075 and the National Agrarian Policy.
