Budget Program 0121 seeks to improve the integration of small and medium-sized agricultural producers into markets and address their limited market access. Created in 2014, it contributes to productivity, competitiveness, sustainability, inclusion, and food security in Peru. MIDAGRI's General Directorate for Agricultural and Agroecological Development is the technical entity responsible for the program.

Observations

Annex 8 of Law No. 32513 on the Public Sector Budget for Fiscal Year 2026 allocates PEN 556,682,200 to Budget Program 0121: PEN 383,586,013 for projects and PEN 173,096,187 for products and activities. The selling exchange rate used for 2 January 2026 is PEN 3.368 per USD. Conversion: 556,682,200 / 3.368 = USD 165,285,688.84. This amount represents only the 2026 budget allocation and not the cumulative budget since 2014. Frame IDs 2599 and 2601 represent Budget Program 0121 as a policy framework and should be reviewed as possible duplicate frame records.
