ICA Resolution 1418 of 2016: Requirements for the Registration and Extension of Use of Chemical Pesticides and Bioinputs in Ornamental Crops

ICA Resolution 1418 of 2016 establishes the requirements for the registration or extension of use of agricultural chemical pesticides and agricultural bioinputs for pest control in ornamental crops in Colombia. It applies to natural and legal persons requesting such registrations and sets technical requirements related to efficacy, grouping of ornamental species and registration procedures to facilitate access to phytosanitary products for cut flowers, foliage, propagation material and other ornamental plants.
