Establishes the requirements for the registration, authorization and competencies of the technical departments for the execution of efficacy trials of agricultural inputs (chemical pesticides, bio-inputs, coadjuvants, fertilizers and soil conditioners) in order to contribute to the registration of these with a high degree of scientific certainty about their control action, avoiding that the farmer incurs in over costs in his productive process due to the low or total inefficiency of the registered agricultural input.
