Peru: Law No. 31805 Amending Law 30355, Law for the Promotion and Development of Family Farming, and Law 31071, Law on State Purchases of Foodstuffs of Origin in Family Farming

The purpose of Law 31805 is to amend Law 30355, the Law on the Promotion and Development of Family Agriculture, specifically in Articles 4, 6, 7, and 8 (adding subsection d), which establish the regulations for the promotion and development of family agriculture. Additionally, Article 3 of Law 31071 on Public Purchases of Food from Family Agriculture is also modified.
