Decree 955 of 2022 – Temporary Exclusion of Transport Costs from the Customs Value of Imported Goods

Colombian decree temporarily excluding 100 percent of transport and related costs incurred from the place of delivery abroad to the place of importation from the customs valuation base of 200 imported products. The measure sought to mitigate the effects of rising international freight costs on production costs and consumer prices, including basic-basket goods and products used in domestic production. It was adopted under Andean Community Decision 894 and remained in force for six months from 5 June 2022.
