National System of Agricultural Inputs and the Fund for Access to Agricultural Inputs is created (Law No. 2183)

This law seeks to establish the National System of Agricultural Inputs, the National Policy of Agricultural Inputs and create the Fund for Access to Agricultural Inputs. Finally, the regulations contemplate the development of a digital platform for the commercialization of agricultural products, for the direct purchase by citizens of the products and services offered by small and medium-sized agricultural producers.
