Regulation on the Use of the “FAMILY FARMING OF PERU” Certification Mark – Ministerial Resolution No. 0086-2022-MIDAGRI

Regulation approved through Ministerial Resolution No. 0086-2022-MIDAGRI establishing the rules governing the use of the “FAMILY FARMING OF PERU” certification mark for agricultural products originating from family farming, products made with inputs of such origin, and services related to family farming. It regulates the granting, supervision, suspension and cancellation of licenses to use the mark and seeks to promote and position family-farming products, facilitate their recognition by consumers and strengthen their commercial linkages and market access.
