Peru: Regulations for the Use of the "AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR DEL PERÚ" certification mark (Ministerial Resolution No. 0086-2022-MIDAGRI)

The purpose of these Regulations is to establish the provisions that regulate the use of the “AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR DEL PERÚ” certification mark and its logo, applicable to agricultural products from family farming or derived from it, as well as to services related to such activity, as detailed in Annex I. The ownership of the trademark is vested in the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation - MIDAGRI. The purpose of this regulation is to promote and position agricultural products of family origin in the market, facilitating their recognition by the final consumer and, thus, contributing to the increase of their demand, consumption and protection.
