Deforestation in the Bolivian Amazon

8.35% of the Amazonian area in Bolivia was deforested between 2001 and 2020, making it the country with the second highest rate of deforestation after Brazil (Lesenfants et al., 2024).
El 8.35% del área amazónica en Bolivia fue deforestada entre 2001 y 2020, siendo el segundo país con mayor tasa de deforestación después de Brasil (Lesenfants et al., 2024).
