Description
A family business led by a woman from Finca Puntarenas, Osa, transforms plantains that cannot be sold in the fresh market into chips, generating income and employment for women in the community. MAG, IMAS and INA supported the initiative with technical assistance, equipment and advice on administration, marketing and business management.
