Description
Warming associated with El Niño is already disrupting marine ecosystems and affecting fisheries, agriculture, and the textile industry in Peru. ENFEN forecasts an extraordinary coastal El Niño and a very strong global El Niño by the end of 2026, while more than 9.3 million people could be affected.
