MIDAGRI Promotes the Economic Leadership of More Than 8,200 Rural Women Nationwide

MIDAGRI is strengthening the economic autonomy of over 8,200 rural and Indigenous women across the country through the AGROIDEAS program, which co-finances business plans for women-led associations. These plans enable the acquisition of machinery, inputs, infrastructure, and technical assistance, boosting agricultural, livestock, and forestry activities. This support has helped producers in various regions enhance their organizational capacity, increase productivity, and expand economic opportunities. For 2025, additional financing is planned to continue promoting women’s leadership in family farming.
