Description

For decades, governments in the region have been making progress in digitizing their services, a process that accelerated with the COVID-19 crisis, which highlighted challenges such as inequalities, the digital divide, and risks to public health. Addressing these challenges requires a profound transformation of the public sector that goes beyond simply digitizing existing processes, incorporating user-centered approaches, data-driven policies, and the strategic use of technology. To achieve this, governments need a new service delivery model that facilitates technology adoption and promotes collaborative solutions.
