Description

This report brings together the experiences, perspectives, and priorities of rural women across Latin America and the Caribbean, particularly those engaged in agricultural activities and the management of productive resources. Drawing on participatory dialogues, empirical evidence, and institutional analysis, it highlights the persistent inequalities they face in accessing land, water, inputs, technical assistance, rural services, social protection, and decision-making spaces within the agricultural sector. The document offers concrete recommendations to strengthen the economic, social, and political autonomy of rural women through transformative public policies that enhance their leadership in agriculture and territorial development.
