This approach focuses on seven key technology areas: reducing emissions from fertilizers, alternative proteins, reducing food loss and waste, raising crops and livestock, reducing methane emissions from livestock, agroecological approaches and digital services in agriculture. The report takes an in-depth look at each area, presenting recent scientific advances, evaluating their effectiveness and making recommendations for international action and collaboration, with the aim of accelerating the transition towards regenerative agricultural practices.
