Description
Policy reform program backed by a policy-based sovereign guarantee of up to USD 85 million, which enables a debt-for-nature conversion to lower financing costs and direct savings to a conservation fund. It seeks to strengthen environmental sustainability through the expansion and improved management of marine protected areas in Galapagos, the creation of a conservation fund and public debt management with sustainability criteria.
