Description

Increase production of organic export bananas within family farming by applying continuous improvement and benchmarking, reducing losses, especially due to red spot disease, and improving soil health. Implement and monitor a technical assistance program for red spot disease and soil health in organic export bananas from family farming. Enhance the productivity and profitability of family farming organic banana plots over three production cycles, following a continuous improvement routine, utilizing the program and tools for red spot disease management and soil health. Undertake a continuous improvement process in plots of family farming organic export banana producers, supported by teams of researchers and technicians. Provide training and promote the scaling-up of the program and technical assistance tools for red spot disease and soil health in family farming organic banana production
