Development of a Business Guide Model for Agro-industries in Animal-Origin Sectors

The project seeks to strengthen the formalization, competitiveness and efficiency of animal-origin agro-industrial companies, especially MSMEs, by providing technical and legal information for their establishment and operation. To this end, it develops a business guide model applied to the processed-meat (sausage) value chain, which describes the line of business, the market, operations, equipment, infrastructure, personnel, costs and the legal framework, and disseminates it among public and private actors and academia.
