Program for Productive Strengthening for the Apiculture Chain

The Productive Strengthening Program for the Apiculture Chain is aimed at improving the productive and commercial conditions of beekeepers throughout the country, while ensuring the profitability of the sector, with a budget of 1.5 billion pesos (USD 4.2 million). The program establishes financial support intended for the purchase of necessary supplies to sustain and recover productive activities, which will be determined based on the number of beehives, aiming for the greatest benefit for smaller-scale producers. In this way, those with 5 to 150 beehives will receive 1,500 pesos per beehive; from 151 up to 300 beehives, they will receive 750 pesos per beehive; and from 301 up to 500 beehives, they will receive 500 pesos per beehive
