Transform Food

This is an initiative promoted by the Corporación de Fomento de la Producción de Chile and supported by the Ministry of Agriculture that, through public-private coordination and collaboration, seeks to promote the sustainable growth of the Chilean food industry, with a more diversified, sophisticated and competitive supply of products and services for global export markets. The program operates through calls open to all innovative companies and includes four categories, two of them directly related to the topic in question: i) food, beverages and next-generation ingredients}, which includes natural ingredients and alternative proteins, functional foods and beverages, products based on fungi, algae, insects and others, categories and vegans among others; and ii) agri-food tech, which covers digital solutions and tools for monitoring critical variables, sensorization, artificial intelligence, automation or management solutions to ensure quality and traceability, as well as new biotechnological applications for food production.
