The Multiannual Indicative Programme (MIP) for Colombia for 2021-2024

The Multiannual Indicative Program (PIP) of Colombia for 2021-2024 with the European Union is framed in two priority areas: -Priority area 1: Peace includes the consolidation of peace, conflict prevention, the reintegration of ex-combatants and the elimination of land mines. In addition, it promotes civil society in general; decentralization, fight against corruption, immigration, human rights and elimination of violence against women and girls. Digitization, science, and innovation will be incorporated through this priority area, both as a tool to promote a productive system and to contribute to democracy, transparency, and accountability. -Priority area 2: Environment focuses on the general protection of the environment, involving agriculture, forestry and fisheries, and includes environmental policies, biodiversity and environmental research, rural land policy, disaster risk reduction, as well as safety and food quality.
