The program seeks to facilitate local supply and promote food sovereignty throughout the national territory from the generation of new jobs through the formation of UPAF (Associative Productive Units of Family Agriculture) and the consolidation of the NAF, (Núcleo of Family Farming) thus enabling the establishment of roots in these communities and a greater local supply of food
