ME-T1347 : Rural Public Expenditure Studies to Improve the Efficiency and Effectiveness of Agricultural Expenditure Programs and Environmental Sustainability

To provide the authorities of the Mexican administration with a set of comparable analyses of SAGARPA policies, programs and public spending for the rural sector in recent years and possible reforms that could serve as a basis for a change in the orientation of spending and improve the productivity of small and medium farmers based on the effects of climate change on agricultural production.
