Description

The National Development Plan is a working document that governs the programming and budgeting of the entire Federal Public Administration. According to the Planning Law, all Sectoral, Special, Institutional and Regional Programs that define the actions of the government must be prepared in accordance with the Plan. Likewise, the Planning Law requires that the Federal Revenue Law initiative and the Federal Expenditure Budget Draft Decree be compatible with the annual execution programs that emanate from it.
