National project aimed at strengthening information technology management in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to support the digital transformation of the agricultural sector. It covers strategic IT planning and governance, information policy and quality management, coordination of sectoral information systems, availability of technological services and infrastructure, information security, and the promotion of the use and adoption of IT initiatives.
