ESP: Geographical Indications for Mesoamerican Cocoa

Description

The project involves a regional, inter-institutional and inter-organizational effort in 16 territories of the participating countries and is expected to have an impact on at least 56 organizations, grouping more than 8,000 producers in these territories. The main objective of the project is to establish the territorial determinants of the differentiated quality profile of cocoa of origin for the development of Geographical Indications in Mesoamerica.
