Description
Title Complete: Improving Capacity Building and Knowledge Sharing to Support Management of Cadmium Levels In Cocoa in Latin America and the Caribbean for Export to the EU. The objective of the project is to support countries (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Trinidad and Tobago) to develop a pathway to meet the international regulations regarding cadmium concentrations in cocoa-derived products that can be adopted by other fine and flavour cocoa producing countries in LAC.
