Description

The project sought to link key aspects of territorial development such as capacity development in terms of agroecological issues, organizational management, participation processes, advocacy, rights; as well as includes the possibility of generating capacities around several of these issues, in addition to the economic-productive sustainability of 26 communities in Chontapunta and Ahuano in the Province of Napo. The objective of the project was for the communities, associations and coffee and cocoa producers of Ahuano and Chontapunta to actively defend their rights and interests, cultivate their plantations and chakras in a sustainable way, adapted to the local context and market their harvests through associative structures and through improved conditions and prices.
