ESP: PIATER Technical Assistance Project

The objective of the project of the Undersecretariat of Agricultural Innovation Networks of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAG) is to implement a new system for transferring Technical Assistance and Rural Extension (ATER) in order to improve the traditional productive capacities of small and medium-size producers in the agricultural, livestock and forestry sectors. This project seeks to develop the capacities of some 348,000 agricultural producers throughout the country's 24 provinces, as well as the technological transformation and development of the rural productive sector.
