The project provides technical and financial support to SIDS in the implementation of ecosystem-based adaptation (EbA) measures. The EbA Fund, which is established as a repayment fund under the auspices of the Caribbean Biodiversity Fund (CBF), is a flexible financing instrument established for this purpose.
