Description
The program seeks to financially assist the General State Budget through an operation of free availability and rapid disbursement, based on the recognition of the efforts made by the Republic of Panama for the development and implementation of public policies and initiatives that allow the country to reduce and limit its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and in turn become more resilient to the impacts of climate change.
