Description
The Bolivian national government approved Supreme Decree 4722 that allocates more than Bs 842.8 million from the National Treasury (TGN) to Empresa Boliviana de Alimentos y Derivados (EBA) and Empresa de Apoyo a la Producción de Alimentos (Emapa) to increase production and diversify food industrialization. A processing plant for almond derivatives, a produce industry in the Chaco, a potato processing plant in Chuquisaca, and a soybean by-product processing industry in Santa Cruz will be implemented.
