Description

Strengthening SENASA through the creation of a computerized system for the inspection, control and supervision of establishments that process food of animal origin for domestic and international human consumption. The objective of this project is to create an on-line computer system with an application for mobile devices. The application will be used to record, control and monitor inspections of food establishments of animal origin, as well as to monitor the causes of seizures in slaughter plants and the taking of samples for the National Waste Plan.
