Description

Budget program that seeks to improve small agricultural producers' access to the market. It serves agricultural producers with small landholdings who sell most of their output on domestic or export markets. It includes organizing and advising producers so they can manage their organizations as businesses; adoption of suitable technology packages; access to formal financial services; access to agricultural information services; participation of organized producers in trade promotion events; and quality management systems and good agricultural practices.
