Description

The Program is led by the Ministry of Rural Development and Lands (MDRyT) and aims to increase yields in onion, tomato, carrot, and pea crops through technological innovation, phytosanitary management, technical assistance, and support for production, post-harvest, and marketing. Its coverage is national and its target audience is economic organizations, community organizations, and women's organizations. It is implemented by the Institute of Agricultural and Forestry Innovation (INIAF) in its technological innovation component; the National Agricultural Health and Food Safety Service (SENASAG) in its plant health and food safety component; and the Decentralized Public Institution for Food Sovereignty (IPDSA) in its production and market component.

Observations

The Program was created by Supreme Decree No. 4560 with a five-year budget of Bs. 111,385,675 (one hundred eleven million three hundred eighty-five thousand six hundred seventy-five 00/100 Bolivianos).
