Sustainable Low-Carbon Development in Orinoquia Region Project, Colombia (P160680)

Technical assistance project to improve enabling conditions for sustainable, low-carbon landscape planning and management in the Colombian Orinoquia region. It combines integrated land-use planning, cadastre and land tenure, deforestation-control governance, training and extension for sustainable productive practices, and financial and non-financial incentives. It strengthens monitoring, reporting and verification of agriculture, forestry and other land-use emissions and prepares a separate emissions reduction program.
