The project Climate-Smart Livestock Production and Soil Restoration in Uruguayan Grasslands GCP/URU/034/GFF, known as Livestock and Climate, aims to address challenges in the livestock sector through a comprehensive approach that includes improving productivity and sustainability of farms. The project promotes sustainable productivity increases in natural grassland-based livestock systems and producer household incomes, while also contributing to climate change mitigation, land restoration, and resilience building through a co-innovation process.
