Team Europe Initiative on Deforestation-free Value Chains

The new Initiative of the EU and its member states is designed to halt deforestation and help partner countries make a successful transition to sustainable, deforestation-free value chains. They announced an initial package of EUR 70 million in funding for the implementation of this initiative, which complements a broad portfolio of programs on forests and halting deforestation.
